She has taken several continuing education courses throughout her real estate career so that she can provide the best service for her clients. She achieved the Graduate of the Realtor Institute designation. She earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation whose members are among the top 1% of all Realtors nationwide. To achieve this designation, she took courses that included: Advanced Negotiating, Marketing, Real Estate Financials and Business Strategies. She has her Certified International Property Specialist designation. She has her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designation  She actively supports the Manatee Chamber of Commerce and won the 2002 Small Business of the Year. She was awarded the 2005 Realtor of the Year, 2006 Community Service Award, and the 2007 Business Women of the Year. Since 2006, Marie has been awarded the PRIM designation; Professional Realtor Institute of Manatee, every year.  August 2008, She was awarded the 2011 member of the Year for the Manatee Chapter of Women's Council of Realtors. Marie was awarded the Certificate of Achievement for being RE/MAX Florida Region's Number One Commercial Individual. Marie is in the 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 RE/MAX 100 percent Club, only 17% of all RE/MAX agents achieved this level. She served as 2010 Women's Council of Realtors National Region 7 Vice President and 2009 Florida State President when they won State Chapter of the Year. In 2010 she was part of the Florida Realtor Honor Society. She was awarded Successful Women of the Month for March 2011 for Successful Women Aligning Together. In 2012, she was awarded the REALTOR of the Year for the State Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS. She has achieved the Transnational Referral Certification. Marie works with International buyers from throughout the world. Marie is a real estate Broker Associate at RE/MAX Alliance Group.
